…My breasts have always sat kind of low on my chest wall; I have a slightly more rounded chest and even had asymmetry. After pregnancies, nursing, and weight fluctuations I was a very deflated and saggy D cup…[With my first breast implant surgery and lift] I ended up having terrible results – not the look that I wanted, pockets were over dissected and I slowly bottomed out…My revision included major pocket work, internal sutures (his internal bra), and much larger and wider implants…700 moderate plus saline implants O/F to 750 and 800cc’s sound huge, but on my frame with my hips and height they really are just perfect!
