Correction of Synmastia

This is a 25 year old female. Her before photos were taken one year following bilateral breast augmentation by another surgeon with 375 cc silicone gel breast implants placed above the muscle resulting in synmastia (webbing of the breasts). The breast implants were removed and replaced with 304 cc silicone gel breast implants placed into new pockets created under the muscle. The lower breast crease was then elevated to the proper position. Dr. Mark Epstein, located in Stony Brook, NY did a wonderful job with the surgical correction as seen by these breast implant before and after photos.
