A 37-year old, 5′ 6″, 132 lb. woman came to plastic surgeon Dr. David E. Berman of Sterling, VA to have him perform a breast enlargement with saline breast implants. She wanted the effect of larger breasts to impact her small physique. Prior to her saline breast implants, this woman had a cup measurement of 32B. After her breast augmentation, her breast measurement was 34D. Dr. Berman placed her round, smooth, saline breast implants in a submuscular position to provide more coverage. He used an inframammary incision.
