Dr. Bruce Chau of Southfield, MI performed a breast augmentation with breast lift. This patient wanted larger, fuller breasts; she consulted with Dr. Chau to explore her options. To achieve the look this patient wanted, board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Chau suggested silicone breast implants placed under the breast muscle through an inframammary incision in addition to a breast lift. The day finally came to undergo the mastopexy and breast augmentation and this patient could not have been happier.
