This 36 year old woman had a prior breast augmentation with submuscular saline breast implants filled to 375cc with another plastic surgeon. She desired a breast augmentation revision by a better plastic surgeon. Dr. David Berman of Sterling, VA is one of the areas top plastic surgeons.
