Case Details
Dr. Joseph Bauer, a board certified plastic surgeon in Alpharetta, GA, met with this patient during her consultation to discuss her goals for breast augmentation. She expressed that she had been through two pregnancies, and in result of that her breasts became smaller and saggy. Dr. Bauer recommended 425cc saline implants, unequally filled. The right would be filled to 435cc and the left to 455cc. Saline, smooth, round, mentor breast implants were placed below the pectoral muscle through the breast crease. This patient discussed her goals with Dr. Bauer and he assured her that he would do everything possible to achieve them. She loved Dr. Bauer and his warm and welcoming staff, and decided that he was the right surgeon for her. Everything went very well during surgery, and she was able to leave his office feeling much better about her body!
