Dr. Robert M. Gerson of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Woodstock, Illinois was seeked by a patient for a breast augmentation. This patient had a very athletic body and wanted to complete her body with breast implants. Dr. Robert M. Gerson used smooth round saline breast implants for this patient and inserted the breast implants through a transumbilical incision. He inserted the breast implants under the muscle. The results of the surgery turned out great. This patient was happy with her fuller breasts that complimented her athletic body very nicely.
