AA Cup to C Cup with Saline Breast Implants

Case Details

Dr. Parham A. Ganchi of Wayne, NJ was seeked by a patient for breast augmentation surgery.  This patient had AA cup breasts and desired C cup breasts.  Through periareolar incisions, Dr. Ganchi inserted saline breast implants in the dual plane submuscular pockets.  The results turned out great and it was an easy recovery.  This patient was happy with her breasts that complimented her figure nicely.  Her figure is now more in proportion as well.  Dr. Parham A.
