This woman chose Dr. John Lettieri of Spartanburg, South Carolina to give her saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Lettieri discussed her options of different breast implants to choose from. She wanted her cup size to go from an A to a C. Dr. Costanzo and she decided to use saline implants filling them bothh to 330cc.. Dr. Lettieri informed this woman that he would place the breast implants below the breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
