Plastic Surgeon David A. Silberman M.D., located in Doylestown, PA was contacted by a 29 year old patient who was looking for options to enhance her current breast size. Dr. Silberman set up an appointment with the young woman and had a consultation with her to discuss the best course of action. Dr. Silberman recommended a breast augmentation to increase the 29 year old woman’s breast size. Dr. Swail used 510cc and 480cc saline breast implants increasing the breast size to a 36D from a 36B. The surgery was a success and now the woman is very happy with her new breasts.
