This 29-year old woman chose S. Larry Schlesinger, M.D., Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in HI to give her saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Schlesinger discussed her options of different breast implants to choose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a A to a C. With her height being 5’2″ and weight being 122 lbs., Dr. Schlesinger and she decided to use smooth, saline implants filling the breast implants with 325cc. Dr. Schlesinger informed this woman that he would do a transaxillary incision and place the breast implants below the breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
