This 39 year old woman contacted Hollywood, FL plastic surgeon Dr. Bernard A. Shuster, M.D. looking for options to enhance her breast size. Dr. Shuster set up an appointment with the woman and had a consultation with her to discuss the best course of action. The patient decided she wanted breast implants. Dr. Shuster used 275cc saline breast implants with a periaroelar incision, placing the breast implants under the muscle. As her breast implants before and after photos show, Dr. Shuster did an excellent job.
