Plastic Surgeon David A. Silberman M.D., located in Doylestown, PA was contacted by a 26 year old patient who was upset with her current breast size. Dr. Silberman set up an appointment with the young woman and had a consultation with her to discuss the best course of action. Dr. Silberman recommended a breast augmentation to increase the 26 year old woman’s breast size. Dr. Silberman used 400cc for the right and 420cc for the left. Each breast implant was saline based. A periaroelar incision was made, placing the implants under the muscle. The end result made the young womans breast size a C from an A. The surgery was a success and now the woman is very happy with her new breasts.
