More Fullness with Saline Breast Implants

Case Details

This patient was unhappy with the way her breasts appeared.  She wanted to reverse the deflated look of her breasts and wanted her breasts to look more full.  She contacted Dr. Parham A. Ganchi of Wayne, NJ for breast implants.  He inserted saline breast implant via periareolar incisions. He inserted them into the dual plane submuscular pockets.  The surgery went well.  This patient was very happy with the results.  Dr. Parham A. Ganchi was able to reverse the deflated look of his patient’s breasts.  His patient seems more proportional, and is happy with the surgery.
