Dr. David E. Berman of Sterling, VA, performed multi-faceted breast surgery on a 19-year old woman with very asymmetrical breasts. Dr. Berman’s procedure included Bilateral Breast Augmentation, Donut Mastopexy – with lowering of inframammary crease on right breast. He used a variation of Puckett’s technique with the splitting of the breast tissue in the subcutaneous plane so as to make this patient’s breasts more full in configuration. Based on how severe the asymmetry was when she came in, but the patient now has harmony and a more streamlined figure.
