Case Details
This 29 year old patient of Dr. William P. Adams came to his Dallas,TX practice to learn about breast augmentation. After careful discussion, she elected to proceed with the surgery. Dr. Adams used Mentor saline implants. He filled the left breast implant slightly more than the right to achieve a symmetrical result on the patient. He used dual plane placement, meaning a portion of the implant is below the muscle and a portion is above it. The incision used on this patient was inframammary (breast crease). Dr. Adams created a natural looking result as seen by the before and after photos.
