I did a cosmetic holiday to Bogota, Colombia from Canada. I started off with b36 with a bit of sag after 2 kids not breast fed. I wanted a large implant and I didn’t care if it looked fake. I got over the muscle and silicone (gummybear) 550 cc high profile textured inamed originally mcghan. I wanted 600cc but the doctor wasn’t comfortable with me going that big cause I told him I wanted a d38 and with 600 cc he said I could end up with dd 38. My incision was on the top of the nipple because he gave me a mini lift and that how they do it through the top of the nipple ..the pain for my was very good I didn’t take not 1 pain pill..(: sleeping was a little annoying but the sleeping pill they gave me for the first 2 nights made me sleep all the way though. I slept half sitting up for 3 nights then on my side after…I would do it all over again for sure (: plan ride home after 7 days was a breeze. I love my new breasts. but call me crazy I still wish I would of gone with the dd. Before I got my surgery I looked at a ton of pics and wanted so many answers so I’m here to help. As of yesterday, May 26th, I’m not even 4 weeks post op but they now feel part of me.
