Implant Size: 360 cc’s, filled to 390 cc’s
Implant Profile: Moderate Plus

Implant Surface: Smooth
Implant Placement: Under the muscle
Incision: Crease (inframammary)
Plastic Surgeon: California, CA. I would recommend my plastic surgeon to others
Comments: I have DD’s 8 days after surgery still, that are supposed to decrease to a full C in approximately 2 months. I don’t think I’ll see a C cup! Another doctor wanted to do donut areola cut with silicone implants above the muscle as he said just an augmentation would have to be too large to lift my sagging breasts. My plastic surgeon said I could achieve the lift with augmentation which is about $4k less and less invasive and I believe I’ll still get the look of fuller lifted breasts that I wanted. These will still be ably to hold a pencil in the crease as before, but with a natural slope which is ok. Too perky at 51 may not look as natural.
