This female patient came to Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, to explore the possibility of breast enhancement. She had always had very small breasts and wanted to be a big B cup or small C cup. Dr. Ratliff performed breast augmentation for this patient, implanting 330cc Inamed Saline Moderate profile implants filled to 330cc, with an inframammary incision and retropectoral placement. Patient went from a 32A bra cup to a small 32C cup. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 64 inches. Weight 95 lbs.
