Before 1st Surgery – saggy 34C
After 1st Surgery: 34D – Note the dented looking area in the upper part of my chest. I did not have enough upper chest fullness to carry off implants placed over the muscle. Some women do, I don’t. Implants were 325cc, saline, mghan (not overfilled).
After 2nd Surgery: (with modified lift) 275 cc Mentor, round, saline implans overfilled to 300 cc, placed under the muscle. Now a 34 D.
