I had tubular (tuberous) breasts, so my PS had to make a “new” crease for me. I had a very noticeable scar afterwards, but it has faded since then. Before my procedure, my left breast was a lot bigger than my right breast. I even told my PS that I wanted this fixed so I would be even. He said he would take care of me. Well, right after my surgery I could tell that they still weren’t the same size. But my PS told me to give it some time and let them settle and to let the swelling go down before I got worried about it. Well, at my 6 month check up, he finally agreed with me that they still were not the same size. Since this was his fault, he agreed to go back in and add more saline free of charge. So of course I agreed to it. So, on February 5, 2000, he made an incision on the bottom of my areola to “go in” and add more saline. He had no problems. He ended up adding 60cc’s more. So, my right breast actually has 485cc’s in it.
One of the main reason’s why I wanted implants was because I had lost almost 70 lbs. About two years before my surgery, I weighed a little over 200lbs. When I lost all of my weight, I lost all of my boobs! I didn’t really have much to start with either! People ask me if I have any regrets about getting implants and I tell them that I would do it in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over again. Kim
