Breast Implant info: McGhan smooth round 360cc saline implants
Filled to optimal fill of 420 cc on each side,
Placement: Under the muscle.
Comments: This brought me to a 34 small C Other info: I am very tall and thin and desired a C cup result. I had twilight sedation for my breast augmentation. I did very well with the surgery and recovery and am now 2 mos. post op.
Comments Update: At 5 mos post op- As you can see from photos, my right breast has become considerably lower than the left. It has lost upper pole fullness and my breasts/nipples are considerably uneven. When wearing a bra, one cannot tell. A visit with my plastic surgeon confirmed that I need internal stitches to “boost” the implant back up. Causes have to do with having thin skin and little tissue to support the implants even though I did go under the muscle. I’m unsure as to when I will go back in for add’l surgery. Even with this slight challenge, I am overall still happy with my breast augmentation.
