” In my post op pictures you can see significant “bottoming out”, more so in my left breast. It’s not very noticeable with loose clothes but it does show when I wear tight or low-cleavage shirts. Its especially hard during bathing suit season. My nipples ride so high on my breasts that I really need to wear a full coverage bikini, the same goes for bras. When I first had my BA my new boobs were perfect, not high on my chest like most woman experience. Within several weeks they started dropping, my left breast continued dropping after my right had stopped.
