dgtz’s Monterrey Mexico Breast Augmentation

This patient had her breast augmentation performed in Monterrey, Mexico and sent her pictures to us. As you can see from her before picture, she had very little breast tissue and wore a 36 AA bra.  Her plastic surgeon gave her 490 cc Mentor silicone gel breast implants and placed them under the muscle. Under the muscle placement tends to work better on women with very little breast tissue because the muscle provides additional coverage for the breast implant. This 37 year old woman was a 36B after her breast augmentation surgery in Monterrey, Mexico.
