Case Details
This is about breast augmentation revision. I underwent BA #1 (240cc saline filled 290cc) in March 2002 at the age of 23,and at that time I weighed 125 lbs wearing a 34A bra. After the procedure I wore a 34D bra. I was very happy with my results until after I had my first born at 26 years of age, 4 years post BA. My breasts became very deflated with lots of rippling. I also weighed 25 lbs less than I did prior to getting BA #1. I decided to wait until after my second pregnancy before undergoing BA #2.
After I had my second child at the age of 29, 7 years post BA, I was ready for my breast augmentation revision. My breasts were now a 32B and showed lots of rippling. I was embarrassed to wear a bathing suit. I went with 350cc high profile silicone breast implants. I was very happy with my results immediately after surgery. I really liked the fullness. But after the swelling subsided I wished I had gone bigger. Unfortunately my PS said I have the biggest implant for my body size, and I’m a runner/racer so bigger breasts may have been in the way. I still wish he had used 400cc breast implants in the breast augmentation revision. But looking at pictures I think I look okay.
