Please be sure to find out in advance what provisions will be made if you are unhappy. Will a revision or replacement be discounted in full, partially, or not at all? Be sure to ask each surgeon what exactly is covered by the implant manufacturer’s warranty - how much of a replacement is covered? Under what conditions can it be replaced? etc.
