Experienced in a range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, Timothy P. O’Connor, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a member of our team of surgeons at the Plastic Surgery Group of Rochester. After earning his medical degree at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, Dr. O’Connor completed a plastic surgery and general surgical residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. O’Connor has received training in neck and head surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Center. Board certified in plastic surgery, general surgery, and hand surgery, Dr. O’Connor is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
