Richard S. Rosenblum, M.D. is a Norfolk native. He graduated from Norfolk Academy and went on to attend Colgate University receiving a BA in Religion. He then returned to Virginia and attended the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.
After completing a 6-year residency in otolaryngology- head and neck surgery at the University of Kentucky, he headed south to prestigious Vanderbilt University to receive training in Plastic and Reonstructive Surgery. He then completed a Pediatric Plastic and Craniofacial Fellowship with Dr. William Magee which included participation in several Operation Smile International Missions as well as visiting fellowships in the United States and Europe.
