Dr. Paul Mills received his undergraduate degrees and medical doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed his general surgery and plastic surgery training at Ohio State University. During his fellowship, Dr. Mills gained extensive experience in all aspects of plastic surgery including surgery of the face, breast, hand and body.
