Armen Serebrakian, M.D. is a double board-certified surgeon by the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Academy of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Serebrakian has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area community since 1986, and he has excelled in facial, head and neck reconstructive surgery utilizing methods that create a safer and easier recovery for his patients. Dr. Serebrakian’s skills, through extensive education and training, extend to surgical body modifications, including breast enhancement, tummy tuck, and body sculpting through liposuction. He is also one of the first surgeons to utilize lasers and intense pulsed light (IPL) in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Serebrakian leads one of the most comprehensive cosmetic and surgical facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Contributions to his field also include instructing fellow physicians in laser, surgical, and phototherapy techniques as well as providing internships to medical students. As a respected and valued community member, Dr. Serebrakian has given back through pro-bono work, which has included the removal of gang-related tattoos and treatment of burn victims.
Dr. Serebrakian’s distinctive qualifications include five years of head and neck surgical advanced training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and a one-year fellowship in head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery at the Minnesota Head and Neck Clinic. Dr. Serebrakian continually attends many educational courses, seminars, workshops, and hands-on trainings using the latest technologies, which enhance his surgical methodology and skills and, in turn, provide the best surgical course for his patients.
Dr. Serebrakian is also a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, the California Society of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, to name a few.
