Breast Enlargement (Breast Implants)
Breast augmentation is frequently sought by women with small breasts, or those who have experienced reduced breast volume or increased sagging as a result of pregnancy, aging, or weight loss. Our San Antonio and Austin area patients select breast enlargement through breast implants to create a more youthful, feminine, and proportionate appearance. For breast implants patients, Dr. Pilcher offers smooth or textured, round or anatomical shaped saline implants. She can also place the implants either below or above the pectoralis muscle and place incisions according to her patients’ preferences and body type. Breast enlargement is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia. Most patients return to work and normal activities in one to two weeks.
