What People Are Saying
Patient Feedback

I have contemplated for a few years whether to have a breast augmentation preformed. After realizing that I would most likely regret not having the procedure done, I decided to have a consult. The Austin-Weston Center came highly recommended by previous breast augmentation patients. After the initial consult I was certain that this was a procedure I wanted to pursue. Eagerly gathering my f finances, I then had a second consult about a year later and subsequently scheduled my pre-op and surgery date that day.

My biggest fear of the procedure was the risk of having any or all of my breasts become numb or desensitized from the procedure and choosing the appropriate size. I was also concerned that the size I choose (31 0 cc) might be a bit smaller than I would like; however, I did not want the risk of visible "rippling" from the next size (390 cc).

POST PROCEDURE:
It has only been 2 1/2 weeks and I can't thank you enough for your surgical expertise.

Not only do I have all the sensation in my breasts, I have a confidence I never thought possible through this procedure (and still a little pain - as to be expected). I can finally buy a bra from Victoria's Secret that I love, fits and doesn't have padding! You have proportioned my breast to my figure and I am very happy to say the least. I just want to say "thank you", again in admiration of your surgical ability. You will be highly recommended on my list.

"Let me take this opportunity to thank you for doing such a great job on my breast augmentation. I could not be happier. They are so natural looking and exactly what I had hoped to achieve in the end. Your nursing staff took good care of me and I felt like I was the only patient they had. I’m looking forward to showing off my new look this summer. Again, thank you. I will highly recommend you to a friend if they ever need plastic surgery."

"Your skillful hands have done it again. Thank you for the wonderful gift of being able to look at me in the mirror again."

"I just wanted to thank you for your kindness and care! I know I was difficult and an unusual case, but you came through for me and I am so happy with my results! Thank all of you again and may God bless."

"Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful results of my surgery. We are both delighted with it and I have been getting so much positive feedback."

"The first thing I must say is, “Thank you for changing my life!” I would like to thank you and the staff at the surgery center for such a wonderful experience. I decided to have surgery about a year ago and it has taken me that long to decide to do it. I went on a number of consultations after my initial consultation with you and I must admit my consultations should have stopped there at the Austin-Weston Center. I realized no other doctor had taken the time to explain everything to me in regards to my body, the surgery, the post surgery visits, medication, etc. So once I came to my senses, I came back to the Austin-Weston Center for a second consultation and I knew then that I had made the right choice and the best choice for me and I immediately scheduled my surgery. I would gladly recommend the Austin-Weston Center to anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery, without a doubt. Thanks again to everyone from the bottom of my heart for making my experience a great one. You all have changed my life forever!"

"I hardly know where to begin in expressing my gratitude to you and the other fine professionals at the Austin-Weston Center. I received the best possible care in every aspect of my treatment. It starts at the front desk where staff members greet me with a smile and remember my name when I enter the door. The patient consultant seems in good spirits no matter how many patients have passed through her door that day, skillfully guiding me through the paperwork and scheduling. She has demonstrated near infinite patience with all the peculiarities and challenges of my needs. The surgical staff and assistants are truly a team – whoever was assisting me did so competently, cheerfully and compassionately. Thank you to my surgeon for your hard-earned skills and your artistry. Thanks most of all for the respect and openness in discussing my surgical needs. You have earned my complete trust."

"I just want to thank you again for the attention and care you gave me both before, during and after my surgery. As I told you during my last visit, everyone in your clinic was professional, yet warm and caring. Your friendliness, enthusiasm, sense of humor, together with your professionalism put me at ease. I really appreciated that I did not feel at any time, whether in my conversations with you or your staff, that I was being judged as a foolish woman who was trying to turn back the clock."

"Thank you to you and your staff for a wonderful experience I had with my surgery. I am very happy & pleased with the results so far. I really appreciate everything you’ve done. Thank you…thank you…thank you!"

"My experience at Austin Weston couldn’t have been better. The doctor’s professionalism and expertise was balanced with warmth and a wonderful sense of humor which put me at ease and gave me great confidence. The office staff and surgical staff always greeted me with a smile and a willingness to be of immediate help. Thank you all!"

"Every time I look in the mirror I think of how happy I am to have met you and your wonderful staff!! Thanks so much!"

"Although I am still in the healing stages, I am pleased with the results and always knew I was in the best of hands. Thank you again!"

"I am very appreciative of all the caring and concern everyone has shown. Special thanks to Mary for her patience and reassuring explanations and to everyone on the surgical staff. Thanks again for all the special things that you do!"

"I can’t say enough times how happy I am with the results…again…thank you!"

"Thank you all for the great care, concern, and certainly not least, your high professionalism. I’ve really been impressed and grateful."

"Please accept my sincere appreciation for your helpful assistance, your skillful & compassionate care and your many acts of kindness. You’re the best!"

"Thanks for all you have done for me. I am very pleased with my results! You certainly do have the most wonderful staff from clerical to nurses and those assisting you in the operations. Everyone is very pleasant, reassuring and efficient."

"During the past few weeks I’ve been so impressed by the level of professionalism shown by everyone in your office. But that is exceeded only by the kindness & support all of you have shown to me. Thanks again and God bless you as you continue to make such a positive difference in the lives of your patients."

"I never took the time to just thank you for the work that you did, so thank you! It has been a delightful experience. I have particularly enjoyed working with your nursing staff. They have all been fantastic-warm, friendly, helpful and genuinely supportive."

"I wish to thank you and your staff for helping me change my life!"

“I can’t begin to adequately thank you all. It has been a singularly exceptional experience from the moment I walked through the door of your office and was greeted by Ronna until the present time. Mary Wheeler, the warm and caring nurses, and of course, the brilliant Dr. Sigal-Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!"

"I was impressed with the office staff, comfortable surroundings, an especially, talking extensively with Mary Wheeler and Dr. Weston."

"I had occasion to have a meeting with someone I had not known previous to the surgery. We were discussing the surgery and she said that she was considering it in the future. She mentioned that she guessed that I was in my forties. When I told her that I was 62 and showed her the ‘before pictures’, she seemed genuinely surprised."

I finally have gotten the chance to sit down a write a letter of thanks to you and your staff! It has been quite a while since I have seen you, but I have fond memories (and some scary) of you, my surgery, supporting staff, and my healing process. Thank you so much for everything! I do not regret my decision to have a breast reduction for one second! The last time you saw me, my breasts had gotten a little larger than the size that they were right after the surgery. I feel that it was due to weight gain or maybe my breasts were rebelling. Who knows? You’ll be happy to know that I am on a serious, but safe, diet and am working hard to lose those extra pounds. I finally discovered the willpower within me to do this. The next time that I see you (yes, there will be a next time), I want to look fabulous! Once again, thank you for everything that you have done for me! This kindness, medical attention, genuine concern, and smiling staff are greatly appreciated!

I am writing this letter on the afternoon of my post-op visit to your office.

After I left the Austin-Weston Center today, I ended up sitting in our car and crying--not because I was upset, but because I was so deeply relieved. With one glimpse of my "before" photos in your office, I realized just how much you had done during my surgery.

In my younger years, I had a nice figure and didn't think much about my appearance. Then, after giving birth to two (large!) babies, one of them by Cesarean section, I had gained 60 pounds and lost any semblance of muscle tone in my stomach. I also had two abdominal surgeries over a six-year period, which left my belly even more disfigured. I was tired of spending my youth being misshapen and miserable.

When I finally summoned the courage to come to your office for a consultation, I was deeply embarrassed to have even a surgeon or nurse see me unclothed. You can imagine how difficult it was to go to the pool in a bathing suit or, worse, have my husband see me unclothed. (This inhibition even contributed to the breakup of my six-year marriage). While filling out the forms in your office that first day, I refused to give permission for the Austin-Weston Center to use my "before and after" photos; even though they would have been anonymous, I was too embarrassed to have them seen by anyone.

Now, three weeks after an abdominoplasty and major liposuction, I still have swelling and pain, and a large incision scar from hip to hip. Yet even with the scar and considerable swelling, I am already wearing shorts and panties that are one to two sizes smaller. I have an actual waist now, and a much flatter belly.

I've already been able to enjoy appreciative looks from strangers; the relief of throwing away the "circus tent" shorts; the delight in wearing bikini underwear for the first time in seven years. What's more, you not only removed the ugly purple scar left on my hip from a previous operation, but also fashioned an adorable new belly button to replace the old one. What a wonderful bonus!

While it cost a handsome sum of money to have this surgery, and the recuperation was not easy, I feel that somehow I still owe you an enormous debt of gratitude. Your skill has taken away the ravages of pregnancy, abdominal surgeries, and weight gain. You have given me back my pride, and I can't thank you enough. I can't say enough times how happy I am with the results ... again... thank you!
