Our state of the art surgical facility is fully licensed and certified at the highest level by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities.   We meet or exceed the strictest standards of safety and equipment met by hospitals.   We use only board certified anesthesiologists and are able to offer IV sedation or general anesthesia.  We offer the patient complete privacy and excellence in care.   While Dr. Gray is on staff at all local hospitals, most patients opt to have their procedure performed in the privacy and comfort of our facility.

About Dr. Gray

Education

While Dr. Gray is on staff at all local hospitals, most patients opt to have their procedure performed in the privacy and comfort of our certified surgical facility. Dr. Gray is American board certified and has been practicing in Portsmouth since 1985. With a burgeoning practice, he opened Atlantic Plastic Surgery Center in 1997. Dr. Gray is chairman of the Guidelines Committee for the Lipoplasty Society of North America. He is also a clinical investigator for the 2 major breast implant corporations.

Dr. Gray’s highly professional and knowledgeable staff know that patients need support and close, personal attention. We take pride in our warm and dedicated staff.. Our greatest reward is hearing from patients that their experience was pleasant and that they felt relaxed and reassured.

Our nursing staff are registered nurses and belong to the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Nurses. Our Medical Director regularly participates in Rotaplast volunteer surgery trips to 3rd world countries with Dr. Gray. Another nurse is a Lip Injectionist Regional Instructor.
