• Patient has ptotic (drooping) breasts
• Before cup size: 36B
• After cup size: 36C
• Surgery: Vertical mastopexy and breast augmentation
• Placement: Submuscular
• Implants: Round, smooth - 250 cc left breast, 275 cc right breast
• Time elapsed between before and after: 2 years, 3 months
